We coordinate engineered drawings with the building supplier. You submit for permit with your county. We can walk you through what Comal, Bexar, Hays, Guadalupe, or Kendall County typically requires — and we'll tell you if the site needs anything before the slab goes down.
We work alongside your concrete contractor to make sure anchor bolts are set correctly to the engineered drawings before the slab cures. If you need a concrete referral in Central Texas, we can usually connect you with someone we've worked with on previous jobs.
Our crew handles the steel erection — columns, rafters, purlins, panels, trim, framed openings, doors. We work clean, we work on schedule, and when we leave the site the building is square, plumb, and ready for whatever comes next.

We work with your concrete contractor to make sure anchor bolts are set correctly to the engineered drawings before the slab cures. We work with red-iron engineered buildings up to 60 feet wide and beyond on custom projects. Common spans are 30, 40, 50, and 60 feet wide with lengths from 40 to 200-plus feet depending on use.
